What is a typical annual pool budget?
You may expect approximately $1/day for electricity and chemicals. Gas expenses vary depending upon how your pool is heated. Using a solar cover and a heat pump instead of a gas heater will lower operating cost, but is a larger initial investment.
A good standard summer budget including chemicals, gas, electricity, and a few pool toys is $500.
How long will it take to install my pool?
Standard fiberglass pool installation projects run approximately 5-10 days. Larger decks, slides, pool houses, fencing, automatic pool covers, water features, tanning decks, and other accessories add time to your project, but will be discussed and finalized during our quote & contract process.
How does our climate affect swimming pools?
Properly built fiberglass pools are excellent for our midwestern climates that see freezing and thawing. Fiberglass offers strength and flexibility to withstand the moving of the earth that occurs with temperature fluctuations. They are a superior choice for our region.
Concrete pools, however, have a much more difficult time with this environment, especially their liners.
Our quotes include the pool, pipe, labor, pump, heater, filter, salt system, pool lights, automatic cover, concrete, landscape and irrigation repair, and gas/electric hook-ups.
